I have had a professional company treating the house for almost two years and while they did well with most of the pest, the millipedes have remained consistent. They've even come back out to do interim treatments because we kept seeing them in the basement. My wife's parents live in an apartment down there so we need it to be bug free. Decided to try this in addition to what the professional company put down. It's been two weeks since i've done the additional treatment and we haven't seen one since. They were popping up every few days before I sprayed. We'll keep an eye out for them, but if this holds up...it's my new favorite thing to spray in the house now. I will also cancel my professional exterminator contract. Save me some serious $$ with this stuff. Thank you!

I bought this to use around my house and for our church building as I am the building and grounds maintenance manager. I sprayed a couple of weeks ago and it seems to be doing a good job. I sprayed inside against the baseboards and under appliances. Ouside I sprayed up 2 feet on the foundation and about 2-3 feet out from foundation. I have only seen dead bugs inside and they seem to be fewer in count in both our house and at the church. I bought the 3/4 gallon to do several applications and I plan to do so over the next several months because I cancelled the expensive pest control service we were using. If all works as planned, Talstar P should save us several hundred dollars a year between my house and the church. I use a 4 gallon backpack sprayer using approx. 10 gallons to spray the church inside and out (BIG BUILDING). The 3/4 gallon Talstar should make almost 200 gallons of spray for our applications making this a very inexpensive solution to get rid of the bugs. Thanks for a great product!

Pest control pricing in my area is ridiculous. they wants $90+ every three months and they only spray one time in the quarter unless I specifically request them to come back. I decided I would check in to doing it myself and I am sure glad I did. It is very easy and even with having to buy the sprayer and the pesticide, after one use I am already money ahead of getting a quarterly service from a local company. I used this for the first time on 6/26/16. The very next day I saw lots of dead bugs in front of my garage and front door including disgusting cockroaches. In my backyard we had trails of ants in several places plus fire ants in the yard. It has now been two weeks and no ants on the patio or in the house. As I said above, it was really easy to use. I have a two gallon sprayer so I measured two ounces and dumped into sprayer then slowly filled with water so as not to splash. Put the pumper back into the sprayer, pumped up the pressure and treated the perimeter of my house as well as the shrubbery around my house. Very little mess and cleanup was a breeze. So far, I am a happy camper.

I have now sprayed my house top to bottom twice. I had oriental roaches, ants, wasps, pillbugs, and beetles when I moved in. After following the instructions the first time I noticed that the pillbugs and wasps were gone, but still had issues with the others. 2 weeks later I sprayed again, and I was still seeing the roaches, ants and beetles. I finally went and bought a raid fogger and already noticed a significant difference.

I have used Talstar for a few ant treatments and I must say that the product works around the perimeter in and outside of the home. The only reason this gets a 4 star is because it is not as residual as some products on the market. In humid weather, like in Tennessee, this product comes off with ease and can allow the new infestations of creatures to come into the house.

We still have "crazy ants", microscopic ones that have been sprayed inside and outside and all over the house. They show up on counters and cannot keep any type of food product that one usually keeps on a kitchen counter top. They'll even show up all over shampoo bottles in the shower in the morning and if you leave a dirty dish in the sink, they're on it! What to do?!

We live in the south and get a lot of what I call water bugs, which are gigantic roaches. I sprayed all along the inside baseboards, under the sink and behind the fridge. I then went outside and sprayed around the bottom of the house. All around the windows and door frames, I found a few dead bugs inside afterwards but nothing since then. I highly recommend this product.

Stuff is great! Was tired of paying 40 bucks a month for our bug guy so i found Talstar P. I've seen dead spiders that i didn't see when our bug guy was spraying. I've noticed lots of dead roaches, pincher bugs and other spiders. Also let my dad use on bees that were around his house and worked on them as well. I will definitely be buying more.

This is the only thing I've found (available to most homeowners) that will control spiders. Once a year, I spray it at the base of the outside walls of the house and other structures, around the outside of windows and doors, in the nooks and crannies of the patio lattice, around the security cameras, and underneath all of the patio furniture. Few spiders for the entire next year. I use PPE, and wouldn't recommend spraying inside a dwelling.

I've been using Bayer advanced home pest control for years, they are fine, and does the job most of the time, but Talstar P is basically better in almost every way. It is more effective, much cheaper, less than $0.5/gal vs $7/gal. Since I am not a professional, I can't comment on its effectiveness of killing the toughest bugs, but I do know it does a good job keeping silverfish, ants, and roaches away from my house.

I've been using this over the past year. Spraying 4 feet up the exterior walls, around windows/doors, 3 feet away from the foundation and garden beds as well as perimeter treatments. It seemed to work but not quick enough to stop the bugs from entering the house. I found some dead insects but I still had to manually kill earwigs/spiders every day. I just tried Tempo SC Ultra and Demand G Granules which worked 100% better.

I live in an old house that is on the national register. For some reason ants and spiders like the old gal. I do have a termite policy and I used there ant and bug policy for a while then I came across Talstar which knocks them out better than the bug policy I had. It is a great product and the folks at domyown. com are very helpful and professional. Side note: follow the precautions on the container and protect yourself.

Order arrived in 5 days. I drilled all the holes one day and had a friend of mine that owns professional insecticide equipment spray the next day. There were active termites crawling in some areas, he sprayed directly on them and within 30 minutes they were dead. Other creatures were running from the spray area. A week later an inspection of previous termite trails revealed no active activity. Talstar is not turmidor but it works.

I used this for the first time about 3 weeks ago. Mosquitoes were so thick on my one acre place they would carry you away. I sprayed 16 gallons of solution at 1 oz. per gallon with a misting rig I made for my leaf blower. Took me about 45 minutes to use all the product. Went in the house, took a shower, came back outside, NO mosquitoes, gone, not one. Been mosquito free ever since.

I bought it for springtails (although they are easy to kill. It's just a control system when you spray to kill them. Have to take care of the moisture problem before they will truly go away). I'm the midst of us getting the funding to fix the moisture problem we infested in this product. It has killed the springtails. (Though any killer could kill them). I was hoping it would kill other bugs as well. It hasn't. Ant problem is actually worse.

Always had problems with spiders and brown ants in my garage. Sprayed around whole interior of my garage, driveway and around perimeter of the house. What a difference. The only bugs I see now are dead ones. Reminder, this is not an instant kill product but once bugs cross over it it's only a short time until they die. Wear a mask and be careful if it's windy. Glad I found this vendor. Forget wasting money at the big box stores.

I did a perimeter spray around my house and so far no insects have made it inside. To be honest, I didn't even do the perimeter treatment properly. I only sprayed about three feet out and one foot up, and just that little bit did the trick. No more roaches, no more millipedes. I will continue to buy Talstar as long as it continues to work.

Used this product again this year in the wooded area around my house. Very easy to mix the proper amount with water since the container has the way to measure directly the amount you needed to mix in your sprayer. Best is to fill in the water first, then add the recommended amount of product in the sprayer container. Easy to spray and very effective. I use it particularly against yellow jackets . Easy to order and delivery is fast. Good price.

Pro: I initially purchased this per the recommendation from Clark Howard (www.ClarkHoward.com). Clark has never let me down! This product is really good and lives up to everything Clark said. Con: My only suggestion is for better easy-to-follow measuring directions. Consumers don't need all the technical jargon…. Just simple tell me if I need to mix 1 cup of this product with X cups of water. Simple language. Keep the technical scientific language in-house.

I was a little skeptical at first however after seeing my friends results I had to give it a try. I sprayer around the perimeter of my house and in the rocks since we have seen quite a few roaches and spiders. After the first day we found over 50 dead roaches and multiple spiders. I would highly recommend. Follow all the safety and mixing instructions.

After using countless products from the local store, with little success, and spending countless dollars on pest control people who barely spray the perimeter of the house, I have finally found an incredibly potent and effective product that works for my needs. Being in Florida, and near a body of water. My big control needs are a little more than most. This product has significantly reduced my big population.

talstar would get six stars if was more resilient to rain. I spray 5 of 10 acres , the 5 I don't is the wet land where they breed. its not the best situation but if they land in the grass around my house or barn they are done for. A 90% reduction compared to time before the first spray of the year. Fourth year applying this product.

I had a problem with wasps and stink bugs up until I used the insecticide. Now I don’t! It keeps them out of the enclosed porch and from coming into the house. I am so happy with this product and am very thankful for the friend/professional who recommended it to me. It’s been a couple weeks and still NO BUGS!! This is amazing stuff that really works!

Have been using Talstar P Professional Insecticide since 2014. It's easy to mix and apply in a backpack sprayer. It's been very effective around the outside perimeter and inside our house. Will continue to use it as long as it is effective. DoMyOwn shipped the 3/4 gal container the same day I ordered it. It came well boxed/packaged. Received it in no time. We're very pleased with this product.

We have been living in this house for 13+ years and it's been virtually impossible to enjoy our backyard due to mosquitos. Throughout the years we tried several products claiming effectiveness against these blood suckers. They were all a waste of time and $$$. After applying Talstar P we noticed instant relief of Mosquitos with no harsh chemical odors/smell. It been three weeks (rain storms daily) since our first application and this product is as effective as day one.

I bought a quart of Talstar One two years ago. It works better than I would've imagined. I spray around the perimeter of house about 2-3 times a year and it keeps any and all pests away. I used Diazinon before but those results pale in comparison to Talstar One. I hope you have this product for a long time to come.

Great chemicals again from do my own pest control! We always get what we ordered in a timely manner with quality, great products. I highly recommend. This kills the bugs and keeps them away when it is sprayed around and in the house every 3 months. We never have any bugs!! Was using with a pressure sprayer but a regular spray bottle works better and less waste. We've used this with a fumigation tool also and worked good too. Thank you!

I bought this to control insects around my home and mixed a couple of gallons to spray the perimeter of my house where once I would knock down spider webs one day and the next day there would be more so I sprayed on Monday and Tuesday there were no webs or ants and a few dead spiders here and there. This stuff works fast with noticeable results.

Great product. Had a guy coming quarterly to spray out house for several years. He quit coming and wouldn't answer phone calls. So I thought I would try it myself. Got a pint of Talstar locally. It works great. I've used it for roach's, spiders,wasp's. Tried it on a couple of fire ant mounds this week, their gone! Bought 3/4 gallon online from DoYourOwn. Saved $$. Highly recommend! No regrets at all. Will do again.

I have used this product since I bought my home 3 years ago and will not go without it! My hairdresser told me about this and I'm forever greatful for her suggestion because my home has a crawl space underneath, no basement, which could become a bug city! We spray under the house, around the foundation, window sills, houseplants, yard areas and I never have any issues with bugs in my yard! I tell everyone about this product!
