We were told about Talstar P by some friends in Alabama after discussing our ant problems with them. We were not able find it in any of our local stores so we purchased it online. After ordering it, we received it within 3 days! Following the instructions we immediately started spraying outside our home. Ants were everywhere! We had a big problem with them. At once we could see results outside as well as inside our home. Talstar P was very easy to measure and mix. There was no odor with the use of it and we highly recommend it to anyone with ant problems. We even plan to take Talstar with us camping this fall. Thank you for a Great Product!!!

We live out in the country were wasps, ticks, and mosquitos are very heavy. By applying this product makes it very enjoyable to be outside with out being attacked. The only thing wish it help with is deer and horse flies

When I purchased my new house in 2013 it had three bodies of water as well as a stream and a real mosquito problem. After a Google search I found do my own pest control.com and they recommended Talstar with a solo 451 backpack blower. I purchased the Talstar as recommended and the blower. I have used this product now every year at least two or three applications and it is nothing short of incredible. The trick is you have to make sure that you get lots of coverage on the underside of leaves not just the top. Mosquitoes love to hide in dark wet areas and this is where this product is effective. Not to mention, with light rain topical applications are more likely to be washed away. Now in 2017 I have upgraded to a 16 gallon tree sprayer with an electric pump. This gives me more coverage and more saturation in the areas that count. I drive around with a golf cart on my property and spray all of the potentially affected areas. This product will kill an entire host of different nuisance pests however I use it exclusively for mosquitoes and like I said above it works great. The best endorsement for this product is the fact that I pay a professional exterminator to come out once a year and washed on my roof line and house to make sure that we don't get wood boring bugs on our cedar siding and shake roof which will destroy the house. I asked them what they would use or do use for mosquito control and/or insect control and they said demon or Talstar. I stopped paying them $350 a year to spray my house and I do it myself now. Give it a try, you'll be glad you did.... One last piece of advice, if you're planning on cooking out with company say Friday night, make sure you're out there on Wednesday applying this product. Although it does seem to have an immediate effect when sprayed directly on these pests given a few days they'll all be gone. Good luck to you.

One of the best general use products I have used. Spray the around windows/doors and perimeter foundation of 5 rental houses twice a year as a preventative measure and have had zero issues. Also a good value in the 3/4 gallon size.

Easy to use.. have noticed a decrease in mosquitoes and fly's! Seems I have a lot less fly's than my friend's houses, and I'm the one living the country! Not to mention a few other random dead bugs.. so I'm happy

Gallon of Talstart P (basically a lifetime supply) - $65.00, 25lb bag of Bifen IT Granules - $31.00, Broad spreader - $35.00, 2.5 Gallon Hudson Sprayer - $13.00... A lifetime without being pestered by little blood sucking insects and spiders... PRICELESS I ordered this product recently when I bought a new house and noticed an excessive amount of flies in my living room and spiderwebs all over the outside of the windows and doors along with ants, beetles and other weird little bugs. I also purchased Bifen IT granules to spread on my lawn due to being eaten alive when I would take my dog out who also was covered in bites and a dozen or so large ant hills both fire and regular. To test it out I applied the granules directly to the ant hills and that worked very quick in killing them off. Then I applied to the whole yard and bushes around the house. After about a 3 days to a week, I can literally walk out in my yard, sit in the grass or roll around and play with my dog without being attacked. I then mixed a double batch of Talstar with the suggested amounts as directed on the label into a 2.5 gallon Hudson sprayer and sprayed around the perimeter of my entire house inside and out, including the garage, around all the windows, doors and back in cabinets and closets where spiders like to hangout. Just make sure it's dry before the animals can get near it. Inside on the upper corners and any cracks or crevices that bugs could go are no problem to spray though. Problem solved! This stuff keeps the bugs out! And I bought the gallon jug... this thing will probably last me the rest of my life! It doesn't take a lot to be effective. Combined with the bifen granules for the lawn my house is completely bug free both inside and out. This website is affordable and FAST! I got both my orders delivered for FREE and they showed up before the estimated delivery dates. Highly recommend these 2 products mentioned and using this website to get them. Have not found a better deal or a more professional level of service.

Had a large infestation of mole crickets in my Bermuda grass in North Carolina. Shortly after applying with a hose sprayer, I found my former crickets, laying on their backs unable to get back on their feet. No more damage evident. Thanks DMOPC.

Chinch bugs had infested almost my entire property (1.5 acres). I used 1 ounce per 1000 sqft and a hose end sprayer. Within 1 week the grass showed no further degradation. Within 2 weeks I had new grass growing in the bare spots.

I have used bifenthrin 7.9% to control fire ants and many other insects that are pest on my lawn and shrubbery for several years. I use two maintenance applications per year to keep fire ants away. I use a hose applicator that provides ease of use and accuracy of application. I recommend Talstar One. It is safe used as directed.

This works great for controlling lawn pests and is real easy to use with just a hose-attatced sprayer. I am now going to use it for home perimeter insect controll with a back-pack sprayer(REALLY worth the initial expense!) and discontinue my bi-monthly pest control service.

We had a terrible mosquito problem because of all the rain this year. I sprayed this with a Chapin hose end sprayer #6004 and there are no more mosquitoes. I am amazed at how well it worked. It's been about 2 weeks and still no problem.

Moved to SC a year ago. My wife heard about all the huge bugs in SC and demanded we have exterminator services. I like to stretch my dollars, so did a little investigating to find this is the product the pros use. I spray in and around the house once a month during bug season and we don't see many bugs at all. I would say we don't have any, but my wife seems to find a mosquito or fly occasionally. I have recommended this product to many people.

I've been using this product as an maintenance spray around the foundation of my house for a few years now. The retailer that I purchased it from charged me aprox. $50.00 for 16 oz......I thought that was expensive, but it does the job and after the money is spent it's forgotten......Finding it here at such a fair price is a Godsend as things are tight now with prices going up on everything. Being retired and on a pension, it means a lot to me to buy excellent products at a fair price........ It's also the best product that I've found for this use as well as for fire ant mounds.

Great Product. A relative had a major infestation of roaches. She tried all of the store brands. Roaches thought that it was dinner time, not so when I went over and did a through job in her house. I may have to go back a second time not sure yet. I would recommend Talstar to anyone who reads up on how to properly spray for pests. This is my second time doing business with domyownpestcontrol and will continue to do so as needed. Very fast and free shipping, not often do you get both.

My house has been invaded by carpenter ants from time for many years. I have effectively controlled them over the years by injecting diazanon into key locations. When my supply of diazanon (banned in 2004) ran out a couple of years ago my carpenter ants became an uncontrolled nuisance. Nothing they sell at Home Depot would touch them. Then I discovered Talstar. I injected it into the area where I knew the ant larva were stored, and also through the siding between every pair of studs. Within a couple of days all signs of carpenter ants had disappeared. Great product.

We have used this product for the last three years. Not only on our home but also on our children's homes. When I first used it we had an ant and spider problem which was resolved. My daughter lives in FL where bugs are everywhere. They also had their indoor bug problem resolved. The product lasts and does not have to be reapplied more often then recommended. It is easy to use. You dilute it as directed and put in your sprayer. It is quick and easy to apply to the outside of your house.

It seems our entire street lives on an ant hill, because we could not keep those varmints out for long. I was paying $75 per quarter for pest control in our house and outside as well. I read the directions, applied a band around the outside perimeter, windows and doorways of our home and I have not seen one bug, ant, or anything for the past 2 months. We have had rainy and exceptionally dry weather, too. I highly recommend Talstar One.

I've been using Talstar for over 5 years now mainly for carpenter ants and carpenter bees, as well as anything else that crawls into the basement, garage and shed. Seen very quick results by the next day or two (no knock down). Doesn't smell or leave chalky residue, but of course has residual properties that seem to last. I treat my house eaves, fascia boards, perimeter 3-4 times a year, interior c & c twice a year and I'm free of invaders. This is a very effective product. Make sure to shake very well before dilution especially after it sits awhile in storage and during application.

After using the two baits the sweet one and the protein one for two weeks plus, the protein one only the tiny ants eat it but they all the ants like the sweet gel stuff. so today I went around and sprayed the whole foundation of house and under clap board and one foot off foundation on ground good soaking per instructions. Will see if this knocks some numbers down of ants. sprayed it on some ants roaming around it killed them. only 3 stars for now till I see some drop in ants

I live in North Dakota, in the spring the ticks are unbelievable, thousands of them, they catch a ride on my dogs and end up in the house, I have 5 acres and try to keep most of it mowed, ticks don't like short grass, I bought the Talstar P and a sprayer to pull behind my ATV , treated a 20,000 sg ft shelter belt and some other long grass areas amazing, I would say that 95% of the ticks are gone, seldom see one now.

I just moved to Kissimmee where my new house was infested with ants, palmetto bugs that look like giant roaches, and water beetles that look like slightly smaller giant roaches. They were everywhere and it was really disgusting. After spraying the Talstar P inside and out I almost immediately saw them running for the hills. It was a bit frightening. After 3 days of finding dead insects everywhere there wasn't a bug in sight. A couple of weeks have passed and still no bugs. Also, my cat is fine which was a concern. I'm pleased.

Had recurring issues with millipedes. Had a professional company come out and spray for over a year and they kept coming back after just week or so. I decided to give this a shot and since I've sprayed this in the basement and along the perimeter of the house, haven't seen one since. It's been a few weeks now and I hope they will stay gone for at least a month or two when I will spray again. Hopefully that will take us in to winter and maybe they will go dormant. Either way, it appears this is really effective and I would highly recommend it!

I do not normally write reviews. However since we were covered up with ant mounds all thru our my flower beds and pots. And nothing was working I gave Talstar a try. By the next day most of the mounds were gone. There were ant carcasses piled up all around the outside of the mound. It is definitely worth buying. The next product will be for carpentar ants. These things are killing all our hardwoods. And now they're coming in my house. Which causes as much as damage as termites. In the past exterminators have been unsuccessful with this menace. I hope I get the same results as I did with Talstar.

The mosquitoes were horrible after we got 12 plus inches of rain in one day about 2 weeks later you couldn't even step out into garage without the lik suckers attacking you! We sprayed Telstar over perimeter of house and we were good to go for a couple weeks while our friends had to stay inside! I believe a few of them will be ordering from you by next summer ???? It normally last longer than 2 weeks but I'm telling you I've never seen them this bad so getting a couple weeks out of 1 spray was fine with me....this stuff REALLY WORKS!!

purchased product which arrived with a damaged box - emailed company, replacement arrived ASAP -fabulous! sprayed Talstar P on roof, down chimney, exterior of house, 3' on ground away from foundation. I was especially focused on Stink Bug eradication - after 1 week there is a huge reduction in number of bugs, will spray again as directed Product is great, stink bugs died and I can open screened windows and doors without fear of invasion. did not spray on windows as one reviewer suggested . thank you chemists!

I started using Talstar last year to mainly kill Spiders & Ants. Found out that I wasn't seeing any bugs period, except dead bugs for a good couple months after spraying. We have an inground pool which attracts way too many spiders that get in and freak everybody out. Talstar fixed that problem. Also ant activity around pool ceased. I was afraid ants would eat holes in the liner because there were so many. Also the crawl space under house used to be full of spiders but not anymore. I highly recommend Talstar!

The floor inside my house is made of ceramic. I had an ants plague picking ground from every notch in the joints. I used many products: liquids, powders, sprays; not one worked. Two weeks ago spayed the corners with a mixture of one ounce Talstar P per one gallon of water. The area looks clean and dry, but the next morning there was a layer of dead ants over the floor. Didn't imagine that hundreds of ants living under the ceramic. I really recommend this product.

I will try to make this short, I am very impressed. We have been fighting grasshoppers for 11 years, nothing works. We were infested with them. First spray I doubled the dose 1 oz, gal. WE live on 1 And half acre, I sprayed a perimeter of 95 by 120 ft where the house and gardens are, did not spray gardens. After over 3 weeks no grasshoppers in my perimeter . I have chickens they are mad at me they have to go outside the perimeter to get their grasshoppers. I will spray again in a couple days saw a couple today. I will use regular dose next time

This is the first time using a Talstar product and it worked wonders. We moved into a house in North Florida and the previous owner put down a ton of pine straw so the mosquitoes were awful. The other bug population attracted 30-40 spiders throughout the yard (front and back). I used as prescribed, 3-4 weeks later I haven't seen any spiders or mosquitoes. It hasn't effected the dogs (Rottweiler and Ridgeback), and it's held up in the massive rain storms we've been having. I have not used it indoors (except the garage) yet, but haven't seen any signs of need.

We bought a new to us house. W didn't realize how awful the mosquito problem was in the back yard. It was really bad!! We have taken every step we know of to reduce the problem. It was better but still...lots of mosquitoes. A friend told me about this product. I have ordered several times now. The delivery is really fast..which is great because you don't have to pay extra for that. Our neighbors use it now too. The price is good and the product works.
