I live along the Susquehanna river. in pa. so bugs, ants, insects, spiders, ect. all our part of this lifestyle...i could wash the house down today and by tomorrow.. spiders and other insects would already have there homes established again. that being said, i purchased 1 gallon of Talstar P Professional and after three weeks now, my house is still free of spiders and other insects making there homes..nor have i yet to see a live ant anywhere....the funny thing is. every morning going outside and seeing all the dead insects laying all along the perimeter of the house on our walk around pourch.

Sprayed over 100 evergreen trees with heavy bagworms infestation. The bagworms were verified to be alive the week before I sprayed them. The very next day, they were all dead. This may not work on mature bagworms, but I sprayed them in July when the bags present but not as large as they get towards the end of the season. I can't recommend this enough. It is excellent as is the customer service from this company. I am extremely pleased.

I was skeptical that this stuff would work. There are community cats in my neighborhood that keep fleas in every yard. I sprayed this inside my home and outside in the yard. I have not seen one flea in the past month. I am so happy that I found something that works!

After reading all the great reviews I decided to use Talstar P for my spotted lantern fly infestation they were in the nymph stage. I also had a big issue with mosquitos and gnats in my backyard. I can't say enough great things about this product. It took two treatments and my backyard is bug free! I usually don't leave reviews but this is such a great product it was a must.

I got this with the intent of eliminating the mosquitos that used to terrorize us in our backyard. It is a relatively small yard in LA, around 40'x20'. We have some bamboo, yew pines, and palm trees as the largest foliage. We are bordered by two very unmaintained yards - one with lots of dead leaves/storage and one with a lot of stray cats, one of them I suspect is the main source of mosquitoes. We have 0 standing water sources, so I'm pretty confident that they are not breeding in our yard. Normally, I get bitten within 2 minutes of stepping outside into the back yard, no matter what time of day it is, full sun or shade. We have both the regular brown mosquitos as well as the invasive Asian tiger mosquitos. Sick of not being able to enjoy my own backyard, I decided to get some of the Talstar P to tackle the issue. I sprayed up and down the full height of our 6' tall wood fences that border the yard as well as in all of the bamboo and yew pines. As I was spraying, I saw a lot of mosquitos that must have been resting on the fence and bamboo fly away so I knew it must be working. I have a dog, so I avoided spraying the ground and kept him indoors while spraying. We don't have grass in the backyard, and instead just have "turf" for half of it, and I did not spray anything on it. I also did not spray anything on the side of the house, since it just didn't seem necessary since we don't have too many bugs inside the house, and I just care about protecting the yard. That weekend, I noticed a huge reduction in mosquitos, but was still getting bitten. About a week later, I noticed that I could see the mosquitos resting on the palm tree trunks. I filled up another tank of the dilution and sprayed down the trunks of the palms as well as some of the smaller foliage that I didn't spray initially. Now my backyard is almost entirely mosquito free! I can spend an entire evening outside and only get one bite! That is a huge win in my book, since normally my legs and arms would be covered in bites. For those wondering if this works as a barrier to nearby unmaintained yards, it absolutely does! Eliminate those resting spots and you will be well on your way to reducing your mosquito population. Be sure to wear a respirator/mask and latex gloves when working with this chemical.

We live out in the country and are surrounded by woods on all four sides of our property. When we first bought the place a few years ago, the entire property was heavily infested with everything - Japanese beetles, Ladybugs all over the outside of the house, mosquitos everywhere in the evenings, ant holes and ants all over the backyard, and the list goes on. It was bad. I did some research and decided to try this stuff in my 30-gallon tow-behind sprayer. I sprayed the entire yard, the flower beds, landscaping, and around the foundation of the house. The next day I went out to do an inspection. Talstar-P wiped out everything! It's like an A-bomb against insects! There were dead Japanese beetles all over the yard and not a trace of a single ant. Surrounded by woods and a large pond, and not a single Mosquito anywhere!! Very nice!! I've been using Talstar P ever since. I treat my property about 3 times per season (April through October). One treatment will last about 1.5 months for us. Rarely do I see a bug in our yard or around our house! Not even an ant!! The stuff is great for keeping the bugs away, and its child and pet safe with no odor.

I use this product on our yard a few times a year and since starting it a few years ago, there are no fleas and ticks around! Also it works with the mosquitoes and ants. I use both inside and outside. Easy to mix and use in a sprayer.

I have trouble with biting bugs in the yard and flower beds, plus mosquitoes, flying gnats, etc. Before I could be in the yard for any reason for more than 10 minutes, I had to spray any exposed skin with sticky bug spray, but there was no alternative if didn't want bug bite welts all over me. That was until I discovered Talstar P Professional Insecticide. I mixed it and sprayed the yard the same day it arrived. I live in the south and everyday there can be long periods of heavy rain. The first week after I sprayed, there were 4 long periods of rain, and after each rain, I was sure the bugs would start biting again, but it was 10 days with intermittent rain before I got the first bug bite. Talstar P was effective for the entire period even through the rain! It's worth every penny! I am so happy to have found this product.

I have been using Talstar Professional for ten years and it is the best insecticide I have found that keeps bugs, ants etc. away and they don't come back. I've recommended Talstar to my friends and they are also happy with the results.

The best that there is for keeping insects out of my house. I spray the perimeter of my house, six feet on the ground and six feet up the walls. Then have no insects in the house for at least a year or two. Also, no spiders. (Spiders eat insects, so there's nothing for them to eat. Spiders go to the neighbor's house where they still have insects.)

I purchased the Talstar P on the recommendation of someone in the pest control industry when I discovered termites in the mulch that was put in my gardens this summer. I also had wanted to treat my home for general pest control. This product covers all the bases! I diluted 1oz to a gallon of water in a sprayer, and that did all my garden beds, the entire exterior perimeter of my house, the perimeter of my basement and garage, as well as the along a fence line that borders a creek for tick control. I'm happy with it so far and the quart will last me a long time so a good value.

After a friend of mine recommended Talstar P to me about 10 years ago, I have been impressed ever since. In Florida, there are plenty of bugs and spiders year round. I spray my house attic, eaves, walls, grass, trees, bushes, with this stuff. Occasionally I will spray baseboards inside my house, but rarely need to spray inside. I do this 2 or 3 times a year with my Ortho hose sprayer and have no bugs, and fewer lizards and snakes, because their food chain is diminished. Sometimes I still get sugar ants, but not very often. Highly recommend it. It seems to be the best general purpose insecticide.

This is the most effective chemical I've used in the greenhouse on my gnats and whiteflies. I lost a lot of plants before your customer service representative advise me to get it for use against Japanese beetles.

Have not seen a bug outside or inside the house in years, since using these products. In the past I would call for someone to open the front door and run in the house. Now I can walk up to the door and unlock it without having to look around for bugs.

This liquid that is mixed with water is better than anything that is available at any garden supply stores, or Lowes or Walmart etc. I have seen it get rid of ants around the house and "out building" and other small pests like fleas, mosquitos and roaches etc. Spray an ant hill rightly in the yard and they won't come back a few feet from there, they will be gone...until the next queen sets up "shop" again...I've even sprayed it in the attic and over the winter I've seen maybe a couple of small crawlers but virtually nothing compared with what I used to see...

Been using this for a few years since becoming a homeowner and it prevents all bugs in and around our house. I do not like bugs so very happy with the results and we're able to do it ourselves without hiring someone. Great company to buy from!

Purchased this product to get rid of red wasps that were swarming around the outside of my home. They had also gotten in parts of my attic. I sprayed real good one time and I do not have any wasps or any type of insects. Would highly recommend this product.

Talstar is a fantastic product. I worked for a national lawn care company for 6 years and the only service that I would have actually paid for would be the insect control with tslstar. Now that i no longer work in lawn care I bought my own talstar and apply it around my home and lawn. It works on such wide varieties of insects. And has a wide range of application methods from pump sprayers to backpack blowers for mosquito control, talstar is a versatile product that actually works.

I ordered a refill of this to control mosquitos. Absolutely the best product I have used for that I live in southern maryland near the bay and rivers so have adequate supply for practice. Controlled them amazingly well much better than any of the many products I tried before

I've been using this for years, and seriously it is fabulous. You need very little in a gallon sprayer that will last you forever! If it is on there for at least a half-hour, it will still work after rain. I spray our farm & house parameters, around windows & doors maybe once a year. I even take the screens off and spray them. It will kill bugs long after you forgot you ever sprayed. I even tried it once on crepe myrtle that was getting destroyed by Japanese beetles and years later I have no issue with them. Won't harm pets, etc., but it WILL kill all insects so avoid wherever you have bees or beneficial that you don't want to be harmed. NOTE - does NOT kill on contact, but takes a day or two and whatever walks across it, will die within 48 hours.

I have used Talstar P on fire ant hills for 4 years now, It kill the ants, not make them move over. Nothing works like this product. I like to stir the top of the bed and watch the ants come spilling out and them spray them good, go back in 30 minutes and the top of the mound is red with dead ants.

I would like to say that I've tried many pesticides for the past few years and this is the best one yet. Where we live is dry a lot and this year we've seen a lot of ants and roaches and spiders, I've heard about this product and I figured I would give it a try. I sprayed around the base of our house outside and in my garage and has seen less activity around. The following day I sprayed our fence line and the area outside our fence. I also sprayed 2' of yard just before the fence (and a 3 small ant hills in the yard). so far I have not seen any ants around for a week or more. Is this product good ? I feel it is, would I recommend it? I already did to my neighbor.

I have used several different pesticides and the all seem to work at first. Talstar is the only one that seems to last for any length of time. I used it this time to combat some Army worms. One application seems to have done the trick.

I had mosquitoes eating me up late in the evening in the yard, had roaches raising in my fire wood pile and fire ants since I started spraying with Talstar all my critters are gone.
