Temprid FX Insecticide is not specifically labeled for chiggers. Onslaught is a great product for chigger control. Treatments for chiggers should begin in April/May and could/need to continue through the summer as new chiggers move into the area. Treating the entire lawn is of little benefit because chiggers avoid direct sunlight and normally will not infest areas that are mowed or otherwise well maintained. Focus treatment on the unkempt areas of the lawn and lawn edge. You can also use Onslaught to do a barrier treatment around the outside of your home and in your crawl space to stop pests from moving indoors.
We are not familiar with the product you are referring to that you have already used. Depending on what pest you are treating for would determine the proper application interval between when you last used your Permethrin spray product, and when you can use the Temprid FX or any other residual insecticide. Temprid can be used every 7-14 days for bedbugs, and every 30 days for roaches and other pests. Rotating the insecticides you treat with every 30 days is fine to do as long as you are following label instructions for where and how to use the insecticides, and mixing them according to the label.
