AWESOME!
By Bryant on 07/18/2017
I had a friend recommend this product because I had wood that was rotting with ants crawling all around it. I had carpenter ants so he recommended I buy this as a first step. The next day all ants were gone and by the end of the week I could no longer see a trail of ants that were coming from the tree in the backyard next to the bathroom that had the ants. It worked great!!!

Spectacular
By Anthony on 08/04/2017
We had carpenter ants in an exterior door threshold due to some water leakage. I was able to access the board come downstairs and filled the "nest" with foam. I woke up the next morning to find about 40 ants dead on the floor downstairs. Within 3 days there were no more ants crawling around our house. This stuff is amazing and really works well.

Seems to work as specified
By Carl on 12/01/2017
I found a localized infestation of termites on a rafter. Not wanting to tear the roof off this seemed to be a perfect solution. The trick is to drill holes into the wood so that the foam can soak into the inner parts of the wood. The more you can expose the foam to the inner parts of the wood, the better. I placed white butcher paper under the beam to check for droppings. So far, so good. Don't forget to wear protective (rubber/plastic) gloves and some face/eye protection. This is the "real deal" in chemicals.

My recent order
By Richard on 07/06/2018
I used the Termidor foam and it work well. I was most impressed by the information that your gave me on how to handle this problem with the termites. I still have to drill more holes and will need more material. Thanks for all your supporting information and in a timely manner.

Worked right away!
By Glenn on 07/20/2018
Our infestation was inside a hollow wall. We drilled small holes and inserted the nozzle, sprayed in some foam and waited overnight. Next day, there was no tiny pellets under the holes as there were before the treatment. It's been two weeks and there still is no evidence of insects.

Great product
By Al on 07/24/2020
We had termites in our rental property for several years in the outside wall cavities. It got to the point we were hearing continuous Dripping and constant clicks. All we could imagine was the Dripping was caused by the queen laying eggs so we knew something had to be done. We purchased two containers of the foam and when we received them, that night we went on a mission. We filled every cavity in the 8' long wall with foam. Around the windows, anywhere we could make a whole. That night it was quiet. It's been about 6 weeks and no sign of any infestation issue. Great product.

Termites be afraid
By Barry on 08/28/2020
Jeez ... this stuff is serious. I drilled several holes in the affected wood. For each, I used this product to spray foam inside. Boy, that foam expanded quickly! And it was very obvious when the foam found a hidden termite cavern ... the foam gushed out of some of my new holes! It's hard to imagine that the foam wouldn't have hit all termites, and it seems plausible that the chemical would have soaked into the wood. Three weeks later, no signs of termite activity. Do far so good. Nice!

Dry Wood Termite attack
By Kevin on 10/10/2020
I had to bore holes in my wall, some from the inside through the drywall, but some from the outside through the stucco because the shower stall on the inside. One can gave me multiple doses through probably 12 different holes. ALL the termite activity stopped within 10 days! No more telltale black bits. Very happy!

Wonderful indoor!
By Fredrick on 10/31/2021
Did better than any big name hardware store termite treatments, by a looonnnng shot! Even had professionals in to treat, and some of their stuff helped, but the Taurus SC and then THIS Termidor FOAM (SC for outside areas & for garage rafters, coupled with the FOAM for inside baseboard seams, window seams, doors, and behind air-blow vent covers) totally chased the termites off/killed 'em. One can will do many rooms, 2 or 3 will handle a project and have left-over No regrets!! All the money we wasted on hardware store treatments completely upsets us! Sure wish we had known about this stuff FIRST! Recommended to friends already. Thank you DoMyOwn!

Take this you pesky subteranian wall munchers
By Tom on 06/23/2023
The product was great. Easy to use, easy to dispense, no mess (if you get the hang of pressing the button and waiting for the foam to dispense fully). The hardest part of of the application was finding my studs. Get a good stud finder! I did my garage wall and there is a layer of plywood behind my drywall giving my stud finder (and me) a bit of a challenge. I found my studs, drilled my holes (about 1/4, maybe a smidge smaller) on each side of the stud about about 1/4 inch from where I think the stud started. The idea is to get the foam to coat the stud as it slides down the stud. Twice I had to drill a second hole because I think I hit the stud. The plastic goggles fogged up on me and the dark heavy duty rubber gloves made handling the dispenser difficult. no fault of the foam but just something to keep in mind. I would have bought nitrile gloves had I know how awkward the glvoes were going to be. Once I got my holes drilled and I figured out how to to push the button down (it is more of a lever and you push the back of the button down, not the center like a can of spray paint, then everything went smooth. Also, hold the tip in the hole for a while, until the foam stops expanding. If you pull it out too soon you will get a bit of a mess on the outside of the wall to wipe up, and on your gloves and maybe on the can. Just leave the tip for 10 to 20 seconds. If you can see through the foggy goggles, you can see the foam stop expanding in the tube. I didn't empty the can on my first pass so I hit some of the holes again to empty the can. Once I got the technique down there was no mess, no blow back, and I stopped (I don't recommend this) using the goggles. I could barely see what I was doing with the goggles. I didn't have any blow-back from the foam but one oops and I might have gotten an eye full of foam. I went inside a number of times to wash up and make sure I didn't accidentally get any on me just to be safe. After the holes were filled with foam, l let the wall sit for a while and I cleaned up my gloves, glasses, and the can went into the trash. I got my wall board compound and filled all my holes. I really pushed the wallboard compound into the holes to make sure they were stuffed full of paste, not just a superficial skim coat. Wallboard compound really shrinks so if you are doing an interior wall you will need to layer on spackle to get ride of the dimples. I had a professional come out to trench for me. I could have done what they did but it was worth the money to avoid digging the trench, drenching the trench, mixing and filling the trench. They didn't want to foam the wall, they didn't recommend it but my other termite inspectors were going going to foam the wall so I decided to "do my own" and it turned out to be not too difficult except for finding the right swear words to get my stud finder to work. Thankfully my wall had no plumbing in it, minimal electrical to worry about. It was almost entirely just simple voids and studs. If this wall had plumbing and electrical I probably would have found someone else to do this job. Keep that in mind when you consider the DIY method. You could be drilling into water, gas, electricity, etc. Just be safe and not sorry. Now it is time to move everything back in the garage.

Great termite control for hard to reach places.
By David on 04/12/2019
This product makes getting into hard to reach areas simple. I used this product in wall voids mostly, around through the wall pipes in bathrooms and kitchens. A small hole drilled into the wall in other places makes for access and easy repair. Termidor is a great termite treatment product.
Great Job!

Works
By Denelle on 06/14/2019
We were having an issue with termites swarming in our bedrooms. I was lucky enough to find exactly where they were coming in through the wall and blocked the hole with tape until i researched what to do. I came across this product with great reviews and purchased it right away. I spray it into the holes where the termites were coming in and we havent had a problem since. Although i think this is not a permanent or total solution, it did solve my immediate problem.
All good
