For example: The 1 gallon sprayer that I had purchased 2 days prior (I got it in 2 days with free shipping) was defective. When I contacted the customer service rep., she immediately offered to send me a brand new one, overnight! The shipping cost alone, was more than the cost of the item! The next day, I had a new one that worked, with a month to ship back the defective one, paid for by the company. This is a company that goes out of its way, at its own cost, to do things right.
