The main ingredient in 30 Seconds Outdoor Cleaner is bleach. Why not just make a 5% solution of bleach?

While Bleach has been known to clean various surfaces, we cannot comment on using in the same way as the product. Please contact the manufacturer here for specifics on their product in comparison to bleach and more details.
