The wording on the Zenprox EC Insecticide product label states "but not less than 14 days after the initial treatment", does this mean you cannot retreat until 14 days after the initial application?

I get confused looking at the label when it says "but not less than 14 days after the initial treatment." What does this mean? Can we spray again after 7 days or 10 days? Does this mean to make sure you spray again within 14 days of initial treatment?

Zenprox EC Insecticide should be applied no sooner than 14 days from the initial application.
