I purchased this unit for weed abatement (specifically cheat grass) at a shooting range. This unit is everything I hoped it would be; easy to adjust, plenty of gpm at high and low pressure, easy to calibrate, easy to start, great engine, small compact footprint. I use this with graduated 55gal plastic drums. I will probably add an additional section of pickup hose. The hose reel works well and the supplied spray gun is also a decent unit. I would recommend this to anyone who doesn’t want an all-in-1 pump/tank/skid or trailer mounted unit.

TOMAHAWK 1.6HP Skid Sprayer Mount Honda GX35 100ft Hose 500 PSI Pump (TBS500) does include the hose and the gun. You will need to purchase the tank and chemicals you need for the application.

The Boracare solution is a very viscous product that should be mixed thoroughly in a bucket, before transferring into a standard hand pump style sprayer, with a maximum pressure 35 psi. A sprayer such as the Tomahawk 1.6HP Skid Sprayer Mount Honda GX35 100ft Hose 500 PSI Pump (TBS500) would not be appropriate for a Boracare application and the materials thickness may cause it to clog. While the ZeroTol 2.0 SDS states it can be corrosive to metal, the manufacturer of the skid sprayer states "Built for the toughest jobs, Tomahawk direct drive pumps are made from anodized aluminum, copper, and brass for maximum resistance to corrosion to stand up to the harshest agricultural chemicals!
