Trying to kill poa annua that has already come up. Bought Weed Free Aone. How do I mix with hose end sprayer?

It's February in north central Texas. Temps do not usually get over 60. Stays around 40-50s

Ferti-lome Weed Free Zone is not going to affect poa annua at all as it is only for broadleaf weeds, no grasses.
