Using Bifen XTS to treat the exterior perimeter of my home, around windows, and doors but also want to use this in the garden area and lawn. Will this stain brick, concrete and windows? Can it also be used around a well and septic system?

Answer:

You should apply Bifen XTS at least 5 ft away from the well and septic system.  Oil-based products such as Bifen XTS can stain some surfaces.  This is not usually a concern in most areas outside, but you should use caution when treating around the siding of a home.  Bifen XTS is not labeled for use in edible gardens and for landscape beds and ornamentals, it should not be applied during the heat of the day to avoid any burning to foliage.
