Won't stay running and the nozzle keeps catching fire
According to Vector Fog, if the fuel mixture is too rich that is being used in the H200SF Thermal Fog Machine this can cause the fuel to burn fast and then fire comes out of the nozzle. To fix this issue, they recommend shutting down the fuel valve by following these steps below.
1. Push START button and hold
2. Once fuel burns up, release the START button.
3. Then, push START button again and slowly with other hand start opening up fuel valve.(You will see fuel creeping up the fuel hose, then the machine will try to start.)
4. Choke again and once it catches the right fuel mixture it will begin working properly.
This procedure needs to get done sometimes because customers will move the fuel valve as they operate the machine to give more fuel to the system as it operates, but they forget to return it back to the original position, so when it starts, there is fuel in the system and that's what causes the fire out of nozzle.
