I was sent i was sent Premise granules that was mfg 7/2014 expiry 7/2016. Is the product still effective?

Answer:

Premise 75 bags do not state an expiration date on them.  The only date that is listed on it is the manufacturer's date, and the other numbers are the batch/lot number.  The shelf life of Dylox is 3-5 years from the date of purchase if kept out of extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
