We seeded a vald pasture last Sept in the fall. Can we use Pasture Pro this April to kill weeds in it

The product label for Pasture Pro states, "Use on established grass pastures, rangeland and perennial grasslands. Established grass stands are defined as perennial grasses that have been planted one or more seasons before the application of this product."
