What distance should I keep Sahara DG Herbicide from desirable plants?

I read the data sheet but can't find instructions to prevent harming good plants and trees. Can you give a guideline in distance? Will it creep underground sideways?

Answer:

Vegetation Management products such as Sahara DG Herbicide absolutely can move after application since they are designed to last in the soil for a year. You want to be sure that you are not applying Sahara in any way where there would be direct contact, overspray, runoff, or close movement to desirable plants. This would include avoiding applications within the drip line of desirable trees and/or over their root systems or the roots of other desirable plants like flower, shrubs, and grass. For shorter plants like grass, you may only need a few feet of separation, but pay close attention to the grade to avoid runoff to desirable plants.
