What do you recommend to kill Houttuynia Cordata (Chameleon) Plant?

This plant is impossible to kill!! It's a totally invasive, smelly, flowering plant that takes over garden beds, grass, etc completely. It's also known as the Chameleon plant. It's now listed in the Global Invasive Species list.

Answer:

You are right! Chameleon Plant is hard to control. Your best bet would be to spot treat with Gly Pho-Sel Pro 41% with Surfactant. Try to gain control early while the plants are actively growing.
