What does "no residual soil activity" mean in the Roundup QuikPRO product information? Does that mean that it will not harm what is planted as long as I do not apply it directly to the foliage?

"No soil residual" means that Roundup QuikPro does not remain in the soil after being applied. It should be applied directly to the foliage of the weeds you are trying to eliminate.
