If you have applied too much of an herbicide such as Surflan, then the application is going to be less safe for the area, plus you can damage your desirable turfgrass or ornamental plants in the treatment area. The product will also take longer to breakdown in the soil, lengthening timing intervals for maintenance such as seeding and transplanting. Please be sure you are reading product labels completely before applying herbicides so that you are making correct applications.
