What herbicide can I use in my vegetable garden around tomatoes and peppers?

There are couple of options for treating weeds in vegetable gardens. Either Monterey Vegetable & Ornamental Weeder, Hi Yield Herbicide Granules  or Grass Out Max would be labeled to treat around tomatoes and peppers.
