What herbicides for turf can be used in a mist blower like the Stihl 450? What Insecticides can be used?

What is the best herbicide to use in a mist blower? I am a commercially licensed for pesticide I am wondering if I can use my Stihl 450 for anything other than mosquitos and tree and shrub apps

Answer:

Bifen IT would be our most popular insecticide that can be used in a mist blower. We do not carry the Stihl 450 so are not familiar with it to make a recommendation on an herbicide or if it can be used for more than just insecticides.  Most herbicides do not give instructions for using in that type of equipment but we contacted Solo who manufacturers the 451 that we carry and they said that any herbicide or insecticide can be used in the Solo unit.  We would recommend contacting Stihl for confirmation on if theirs can be used for other products.
