What is the application rate per 1,000 sqft on residential Bermuda lawn when using 2,4 D Amine Herbicide?

I have a 4 gallon backpack sprayer that covers 4K sqft.

Answer:

The rate of 2,4 - D Amine Herbicide will depend on the type(s) of weeds that you are treating. The product label states that it would be 2 pints per acre for annual weeds and 2-3.15 pints per acre for biennial and perennial weeds. This can be converted down  and a use rate of 2 quarts per acre would be equal to 1.5 tbsp or 0.75 oz per 1000 sq ft.
