What is the application rate per gallon of Acephate 97UP Insecticide to treat Root Aphids on tomato plants?

Answer:

Acephate 97UP Insecticide is not labeled to be used on tomatoes so we are unable to provide a rate for this use. We would instead recommend the Monterey Fruit Tree & Vegetable Systemic Soil Drench.   Evenly apply ½ ounce of product in 1 quart of water per 10 square feet of vegetable row to be treated.
