What is the best herbicide to kill torpedograss in a Floratam lawn?

Answer:

Torpedo Grass is hard to treat. We are not aware of a product that will treat Torpedo and not harm St. Augustine. You may want to consider spot treating with RoundUp and reseed/resod. You may also contact the Master Gardener with the Cooperative Extension located in your county. You can find the County Extension Office here.
