What is the best way to kill fleas indoors on hardwood floors?

It needs to be pet and children safe. Fleas were brought in from stuff at a storage unit we have stored in spare room. Would Precor IGR Concentrate and Demise EC or Ultracide in a sprayer be my best bet or is there a better option?
