What is the correct mix rate for Temprid SC?

My home got treated twice and my eyes have been really irritated. Was the mixture safe?

Answer:

Temprid SC is mixed at the rate of 8-16 mL per gallon of water per the label instructions.  If you feel that your eye irritation was cause by over-application, you should speak to your doctor.
