What is the difference between 8-Quinolinecarboxylic acid in that of Quinclorac and 3-Quinolinecarboxylic acid in that of Image?

Image contains the active ingredient that is nicknamed Imazapyr, and the full compound name is 2-[4,5-dihydro-4-methyl4(1-methylethyl)-5-oxo-1H-imidazol2-yl]-3-quinolinecarboxylic acid. Quinclorac is a different active ingredient with the full compound name 3,7-dichloro-8-quinolinecarboxylic acid. So these are chemical compounds with different makeups.
