Essentria All Purpose Insecticide is a newer formulation that does not contain the geraniol that the IC3 has, and has an expanded product label that includes many agricultural applications. The residual of the Essentria IC3 will range from about 2-6 weeks, depending on weather conditions like rain and direct sunlight. The residual will be slightly less with the All Purpose. For general home applications we would recommend using the Essentria IC3.
