Is that one is rated for commercial use and the other for residential use?

Both Maxforce Impact Roach Gel Bait and Maxforce FC can be used in residential and commercial areas. They contain different active ingredients and do have different bait matrices (food attractants). Both are great in a pest management program for eradicating roaches.
