Both Tekko Pro and NyGuard IGR are labeled for mosquitoes. Tekko Pro contains Novaluron - 1.3% and Pyriproxyfen - 1.3%. The NyGuard IGR concentrate contains Pyriproxyfen 10%. You can use either one to obtain similar results.
