What is the difference between the Pennington Tri Tall Fescue Blend and the Pennington Signature Series Fescue?

I live in southeastern Pennsylvania and my yard is mostly fescue. Curious what the difference is between the two Pennington blends?

These two grass seeds have different fescue blends, plus the Signature Series has MYCO coated seed for extra protection for seedlings. The Pennington Tri Tall Fescue Blend includes:   33.71 % Rebel advance tall fescue 33.55 % Brockton tall fescue 32.42 % Greystone II tall fescue While the Pennington Signature Series Fescue Blend includes Justice, Rebel Exeda, and Penn1901.
