What is the lowest temperature the water can be using Crystal Blue Copper Sulfate?

Answer:

Per the product label, "Generally, larger quantities of Crystal Blue Copper Sulfate will also be required to control algae growth when water temperatures are low (below 60ºF), in hard water, and in water that is free flowing".
