Per the product label, you will use Ferti-lome Tree and Shrub Systemic Insect Drench at the rates listed below:  Trees: 1 oz. per inch of distance around trunk 
Shrubs: 3 oz. per foot of height Please see the label for specific mixing rates and instructions
