Quali - Pro Imidacloprid 2F are not labeled to control these tiny wasps or to treat for Horned Oak Gall. We would recommend contacting your local Cooperative Extension Office for recommendations or studies they have done on insecticides to control this insect. There are no chemical treatment methods that have proven to be effective for this.
