We accept returns on unused products in their original condition. Spray equipment that handles liquid products can have water run through them to test for functionality/defects upon receipt and to ensure it meets a customers spray needs. However if chemical has been run through a device such as a sprayer or duster, we cannot accept a return if the unit does not work for your specific needs. We do however accept returns if the item is defective from the manufacturer and will be happy to troubleshoot with you, get assistance from the manufacturer, and send a prepaid return label for the defective item if needed.
