What should be done after 10 years since termite application?

My house was treated with Termidor when it was built 10 years ago. I do not have termites. Should Termidor be reapplied around the perimeter only or will plugs in the concrete areas be required. The home is in Arizona.

Answer:

Yes, you should re-apply Termidor so you do not have any termites issues down the road.  The Termidor is most likely no longer strong enough to protect your house so a new barrier should be applied.  To perform a termite treatment on a house that is already built, you should follow our How To Do A Termite Treatment Article on our website.
