Both have the sane active ingredient but Dominion can be use for termites and quality pro can't.
While products can contain the same active ingredient they are not also designed/tested to be used the same way. The Dominion 2L was tested for termite control and its residual abilities to protect a home, along with turf and landscape pest treatments. The Quali-Pro Imidacloprid 2F has not been tested for it and while the overall performance against plant destroying insects is the same between the two brands, we don't know if any inert ingredients or other formula differences could be the reasoning behind its lack of termite labeling. The manufacturer could have chosen to not test it for that purpose and only focused on the product as a lawn and landscape insecticide. You'll always want to use the product specifically labeled for your treatment needs and areas to ensure it works as intended.
