When do I start spraying my fruit trees with Ferti-lome Triple Action/?

Answer:

Fertilome Triple Action with 70% Neem Oil should not be used with cold water (less than 45 degrees F). As a general rule, products should not be used in extreme temperatures (more than 90 degrees or less than 35 degrees).
