Paul from Vero Beach, Florida writes

When is it safe to use Image Kills Nutsedge Concentrate on my St. Augustine grass in Central Florida?

Answer:

Image Kills Nutsedge Concentrate is a selective, post emergent herbicide that is labeled for use on warm-season lawn types, such as St. Augustinegrass, and is best to be applied in the Spring, as early as April in warm regions such as Florida. This product should not be applied to St. Augustine lawns in the winter. Please refer to our Lawn Care Schedule for Warm Season Grasses for more information on appropriate lawn maintenance.
