Zenith Zoysia Grass Seed should be planted in the spring, once all the frost has gone. You can seed when daily temps are consistently in the 70's. Unfortunately, we do not have a general list of spreader settings, you will need to calibrate your spreader according to your walking pace. This video can be of help.
