When treating for heavy aphid infestation on roses, can Martins Dominion Tree and Shrub be tank mixed with Bifen IT in a tank sprayer for one application?

No, Martins Dominion Tree and Shrub and Bifen IT cannot be tank mixed together in the same tank due to the active ingredients and their modes of actions.We typically recommend doing a systemic treatment Martins Dominion Tree and Shrub as a soil drench application around the root zone. Systemic applications are done annually to protect the plant, tree, shrub, etc from the inside up. Since systemic insecticides can take anywhere from 1 week to 3 months to work all the way through the plant, we would recommend continuing to treat with Bifen IT to the foliage every 30 days for aphids.
