When treating for severe infestation of armyworms, can I reapply Hi-Yield 38-Plus Insect Control 38% Permethrin before the 10-14 days? If I spray sooner, will this hurt my lawn?

The application rates and retreatment intervals for Hi-Yield 38-Plus Insect Control 38% Permethrin are determined by the manufactuer themselves based off their research, extensive testing and data collected. This process by the manufacturer’s is how application rates, retreatment intervals and other information is concluded for best results. Overmixing the product label rates advised, retreating areas sooner than recommended per the product label may not only overstress your turf but also cause negative and opposite effects with the end treatment.  For Armyworms, Hi-Yield 38-Plus Insect Control 38% Permethrin is applied at 0.4 to 0.8 fl. ozs. (2 1/2 to 5 tsp.) in 4 to 25 gallons of water per 1,000 sq. Do not apply more than 1.6 fl oz per 1000 sq ft per year (4 applications at the low rate, 2 applications at the high rate).
