Why can't I use Bayer Advanced All-In-One Rose and Flower Care in containers?

That is a decision thew manufacturer  of Bayer Advanced All-In-One Rose and Flower Care made, but they do not share their reasoning with us. We think it is most likely because it should not be used in indoors.
