Why can't I use Bayer Advanced All-In-One Rose and Flower Care in potted plants?

Alot of my shrubs and roses are in container ready for sales.

Answer:

Bayer Advanced All-In-One Rose and Flower Care cannot be applied to potted plants or other containers per the manufacturer's  product label.
