I took stuff out of a room, except dressers and table. I spray all around and on table and dresser. Next day, bed bugs are crawling on them as if I did not spray. How does this Bedlam spray work??? When I spray, I don't really see no different. Day time I don't see very many at all, but at night time they are out. So how does the spray work, when does it kill, and how long does it take to take effect. The can does not specifically this.
Bedlam can take up to 24 hours to kill a bedbug that contacts treated surfaces and receives a lethal dose of the insecticide. You need to be very thorough and be sure to treat every crack, crevice, tuft, fold seam, gap and void in the infested room. We strongly recommend using more than one type of product as well. It is industry standard that in addition to an aerosol product such as Bedlam to use an insecticide dust such as Evergreen Dust to treat areas that are more or less inaccessible on a day to day such as cracks or crevices on box-springs, under and behind furniture, wall voids, under baseboards and under the lip of the carpet. Bedlam can be used on the mattress, bed-frames, headboard, foot-board and any other piece of furniture that may be harboring bedbugs.
