Why is the outdoor flea control not available in South Carolina?

Answer:

Some states do not allow us to sell professional products to homeowners.  In South Carolina we cannot sell Onslaught into the state.  As an alternative you can use Talstar which is labeled for outdoor flea control and is allowed to be shipped to South Carolina.
