Will adding DyneAmic to the herbicide Rodeo to kill pseudocorus iris in a marsh harm the frogs?

I read a study that it is the surfactants that injure frogs not the herbicide; is that true?

Answer:

A surfactant such as DyneAmic Surfactant could potentially harm frogs or other wildlife if you sprayed them with the product directly. When used as directed, this product is labeled for use in aquatic areas. You can view the full toxicity information on the Safety Data Sheet here.
