Will Bonide Grass Beater kill perennial ryegrass?

I need to remove perennial ryegrass from dormant Bermuda. The recommended herbicides are out of my budget range and I have grass beater on hand and was wondering it it could kill perennial ryegrass

Bonide Grass Beater Over-The-Top Grass Killer Concentrate is not labeled for use in turfgrass areas.  To remove ryegrass from bermuda you can use a product like Image Kills Nutsedge.
