Will Essentria IC3 Insecticide Concentrate harm crabs?

I live on a river, and there are crabs living along the shoreline. Can I safely use this product along the river's edge?

Essentria IC3 Insecticide Concentrate is safe to use around water following the instructions on the label.    Do not apply directly to or over water but can be used around the shore
