Will Ferti-lome Triple Action kill my garden plants if it gets in the soil?

Do I have to carefully cover the soil of my potted blueberry and raspberries and cabbage etc from this product getting in the soil or is it safe to spray without covering the soil from overspray?

Ferti-lome Triple Action will not kill plants at all and is safe when used as directed on the product label.
