This product can help treat and prevent infestations of scale insects which can then lead to other issues and make the tree more vulnerable to disease. You can apply a fungicide such as Fertilome F-Stop to prevent and treat disease on your trees. Be sure that you also remove fallen leaves each fall to prevent overwintering fungal spores.
